Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen management preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
  • Capable of working in tight spaces and maintaining constant communication
  • Good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • Must work in a safe and alert manner consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management
  • Physical capability to handle demanding kitchen activities
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • Learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
