Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or restaurant environment
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • comfortable working near open flames
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • ability to maintain communication with multiple people
  • must maintain alertness and work safely
  • physical capability to bend, reach overhead, sit, squat, kneel
  • ability to work in tight spaces and outdoor conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • experience in leading kitchen or food service teams
  • ability to cross train staff effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to adapt and learn new skills
  • basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
