Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen leadership role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • physical ability to bend and reach overhead frequently and work in hot and cold conditions
  • commitment to company core values

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • ability to cross train across multiple restaurant roles
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • passion for maintaining high food quality and safety standards
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
