Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food service role
  • ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • ability to work in varying temperature environments and near open flames

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • basic understanding of food and beverage ordering and inventory management
  • experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
