Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to cross train across different restaurant roles
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in various temperature conditions
  • Ability to work near open flames
  • Good communication skills to maintain constant interaction with team members
  • Willingness to work in tight or confined spaces
  • Maintain high levels of alertness and safety at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role within a kitchen or restaurant environment
  • Strong team coaching and development skills
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage management principles
  • Ability to manage opening and closing responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • Learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
