Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a kitchen or food service role
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
ability to work near open flames
strong attention to detail
ability to maintain constant communication with multiple people

Job Qualifications

proven track record of coaching and developing team members
ability to cross train across the restaurant
leadership skills
basic knowledge of food safety standards
effective communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
develop new leadership skills to lead the team
assist with any additional duties assigned
proven track record of coaching and developing team members
ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
