Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend and reach overhead often
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • ability to work near open flames
  • capacity to work in tight spaces
  • maintain constant communication with team members
  • able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • ability to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
  • willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • ability to cross train across the restaurant
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in food and beverage management is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
