Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen or restaurant operations
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
- comfort working in hot and cold temperatures
- ability to work near open flames
- capacity to work in tight spaces
- effective communication skills
- maintain alertness and safe work practices
- flexibility to work outdoors occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- ability to cross train across the restaurant
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in food and beverage operations
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- basic understanding of inventory and ordering processes
Job Duties
- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
- be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
- learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
- develop new leadership skills to lead the team
- assist with any additional duties assigned
- coach and develop team members
- cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
