Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to bend and reach overhead often
  • dexterity to handle tongs, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
  • comfortable working in temperature ranges from hot to cold
  • ability to work near open flames
  • capable of working in tight spaces
  • maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • good near vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
  • ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • may occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
