Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines
- Proficient in event management technology and software
- Strong client service orientation
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in either corporate or wedding event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Professional presence and exceptional client service skills
- Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule
Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients, the Property General Manager, and the Artistic Director to conceptualize and plan private events, film premieres, receptions, and community gatherings
- Manage all pre-event logistics including proposals, contracts, timelines, layouts, menus, and vendor coordination
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs with internal departments (culinary, beverage, AV, and operations teams) to ensure all details are aligned
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, overseeing setup, décor, vendor arrival, and execution to ensure everything runs according to plan
- Anticipate and resolve any issues in real time to maintain an exceptional guest experience
- Manage event flow, including timing, transitions, and communication between teams
- Provide a white-glove planning experience with personalized attention to detail
