Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in event management technology and software
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in either corporate or wedding event planning, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Professional presence and exceptional client service skills
  • Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with clients, the Property General Manager, and the Artistic Director to conceptualize and plan private events, film premieres, receptions, and community gatherings
  • Manage all pre-event logistics including proposals, contracts, timelines, layouts, menus, and vendor coordination
  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs with internal departments (culinary, beverage, AV, and operations teams) to ensure all details are aligned
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events, overseeing setup, décor, vendor arrival, and execution to ensure everything runs according to plan
  • Anticipate and resolve any issues in real time to maintain an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage event flow, including timing, transitions, and communication between teams
  • Provide a white-glove planning experience with personalized attention to detail
