Job Description
The New Hampshire Food Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger across New Hampshire by providing nutritious food, education, and support to individuals and families in need. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years of experience in a commercial kitchen and/or catering environment
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- ServSafe Instructor/Proctor certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- valid driver’s license required
- prior experience training or mentoring employees in a kitchen setting preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Culinary Job Training program
- teach culinary and job readiness skills
- deliver ServSafe training and proctor exams
- recruit, onboard, and mentor students
- monitor progress and evaluate outcomes
- ensure adherence to food safety guidelines
- plan and oversee food production opportunities
- manage supply and equipment needs
- organize, plan, and execute catering and food trailer events
- maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, certifications, and reporting
- build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and businesses
- support food safety and culinary needs for Food Bank events and fundraisers
- ensure compliance with Feeding America guidelines and internal SOPs
