Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid work authorization in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation to the Smoothie King Center
- possession of I-9 documents including driver's license, social security card, or passport
Job Qualifications
- experience in food preparation or catering services preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- prior supervisory experience is a plus for supervisor roles
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- assist with food prep to ensure efficient service during events
- operate fry stations and maintain fryer safety and cleanliness
- provide attentive service and maintain cleanliness in suites
- deliver food and beverages promptly to suite guests
- assist in catering event setup and service delivery
- supervise catering staff to ensure quality service and food safety
