  • One to two years of kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain required government licenses or permits
  • Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Availability to work evening shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead by example through hands-on involvement in all aspects of Herons production and service
  • Represent Executive Chef's core values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace
  • Follow guidelines set by Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine
  • Report to the Chef De Cuisine and/or Sous Chef team
  • Prepare and produce high-quality food items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
