Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a culinary environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow direction and report to supervisors
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of Herons production and service through hands-on involvement
- Represent the Executive Chef's core values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace as implemented by the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine
- Report directly to the Chef De Cuisine and/or Sous Chef team
- Ensure all food preparation meets established quality and sanitation standards
- Support team members and foster a collaborative kitchen environment
- Manage kitchen operations to uphold service excellence
