Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience in a restaurant setting
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- physical stamina to handle the demands of kitchen work
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen

Job Duties
- Lead by example through hands-on involvement in all aspects of production and service
- maintain quality standards set by the Executive Chef
