Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating aquaponic systems or related horticultural experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt to daily delegated tasks
- Ability to follow standardized tracking forms and instructions
- Ability to independently perform daily prep and maintenance
- Knowledge of watering and feeding regiments
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Understand and be able to operate NFT aquaponic systems
- Understand and be able to multi task and adapt to given daily tasks delegated by Chef or Sous
- Understand and be able to follow standardized written tracking forms by Chef or Sous
- Understand and be able to independently execute daily prep for assigned station daily
- Understand and be able to utilize required watering and feeding regiment
- Understand and be able to work clean with organization throughout
- Understand and be able to properly clean, maintain and organize
- Able to work flexible shift to include weekends and holidays
- Able to work outside in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination and complete daily maintenance
- Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame
- Be knowledgeable of all stations
- Communicate with culinary team for proper pars, production and harvest requirements when needed in specified work stations
- Work with aquaponic systems
- Clean and take care of grounds, seedlings, plants, fruit trees, etc.
