Job Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Health or safety background is preferred
- ServSafe certification or similar is preferred
- Passionate about safety and sanitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to multitask
- Ability to stand for long periods and physically engage with guests
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- React with physical and mental alertness in emergencies
- Demonstrate required physical stamina and agility
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to quickly transition from sitting to standing

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and mobility
- Ability to engage physically and mentally in emergency situations
Job Duties
- Work with operational leaders to ensure thorough understanding and execution of all safety and sanitation standards
- Complete regular team member training to enhance best practices and address emerging risks
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all safety-related records such as temperature logs
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and walk-throughs
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely completion and tracking of mandatory safety training
- Complete building inspections with operations to identify safety risks
- Facilitate regular 'Tool-box talk' trainings for hourly team members
- Provide immediate coaching for non-compliance with safety procedures
- Assist in reporting, monitoring, and resolving claims related to foodborne illness, liquor liability, and guest issues
- Support local OSHA and sanitation inspectors during inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned
