Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited culinary program
- ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety protocols
- prior experience in food preparation is preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- willingness to learn and take direction
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety standards such as ServSafe and EcoSure
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in assigned stations
- keep workstations organized, sanitized, and stocked with necessary ingredients
- follow strict food safety guidelines and maintain ServSafe, EcoSure, and health department standards
- work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support day-to-day operations
- monitor the quality and appearance of plated and buffet items and alert supervisors to any potential quality issues
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment before, during, and after shifts
- participate in the training and learning process with opportunity to rotate through different culinary outlets
