Job Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a recognized culinary degree program
  • Available to work full-time, 32-40 hours per week for 14 weeks
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Currently working towards a culinary degree from an accredited culinary school
  • Strong passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items by following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Receive food deliveries and properly store and label items
  • Set up stations by completing mise en place and pars
  • Assist chef with inventory and ordering
  • Maintain knowledge of proper food storage, rotation and maintenance
  • Execute duties following DMC, ServSafe, and health department standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
