- Ability to occasionally lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in both inside and outside conditions at times

Job Duties
- Trains to prepare hot and cold food as specified in areas working in
- Trains to prepare food for breakfast, lunch, dinner as assigned
- Trains to maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work area following safety guidelines
- Trains to assist chef with maintaining the kitchen and keeping staff on task
- Trains in preparation of all menu items in assigned area daily to include hot and cold food
- Trains to be able to understand and adjust recipes according to business levels
- Trains to understand organization of product, equipment, and necessary paperwork
- Trains to precisely follow portion control, presentation of food, consistency of food, and flavor as determined by the culinary department
- Trains to check coolers for proper rotation of food items to prevent spoilage
- Must be able to maintain Serv Safe and health department standards
- Trains to check and complete mise en place and pars to set-up the station
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Takes required breaks, notifying supervisor prior to leaving station
- Other duties as assigned
