Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit kitchen leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of food costing and labor control
  • Proven experience in developing SOPs and scalable culinary systems
  • Excellent training and team management skills
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a high-volume setting
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with executive leadership

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in multi-unit kitchen leadership
  • Strong background in food costing and labor control
  • Experience building SOPs and scalable systems
  • Proven ability to train and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable working in high-volume environments
  • Passion for quality execution and operational discipline

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain complete recipe books with specs and costing
  • Standardize prep systems, pars, portioning, and station organization
  • Reduce food cost through yield control and discipline
  • Build kitchen leadership including Kitchen Managers and Lead Cooks
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits and performance reviews
  • Oversee catering execution and profitability
  • Protect brand standards with scratch marinades, fresh prep, and quality proteins
  • Partner with COO and ownership to scale additional locations
