Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit kitchen leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food costing and labor control
- Proven experience in developing SOPs and scalable culinary systems
- Excellent training and team management skills
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work collaboratively with executive leadership
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years in multi-unit kitchen leadership
- Strong background in food costing and labor control
- Experience building SOPs and scalable systems
- Proven ability to train and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable working in high-volume environments
- Passion for quality execution and operational discipline
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain complete recipe books with specs and costing
- Standardize prep systems, pars, portioning, and station organization
- Reduce food cost through yield control and discipline
- Build kitchen leadership including Kitchen Managers and Lead Cooks
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and performance reviews
- Oversee catering execution and profitability
- Protect brand standards with scratch marinades, fresh prep, and quality proteins
- Partner with COO and ownership to scale additional locations
