  • Bachelor's degree
  • ServSafe certified
  • minimum of five years high-volume, multi-site supervisory leadership experience
  • strong background in budget ownership, contract negotiation, and cost control
  • proven ability to lead through managers and enforce operational standards across multiple locations
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • committed to individual empowerment, recovery principles, and community integration

Job Duties

  • Lead and standardize culinary operations across all BHN kitchens
  • own the annual culinary operating budget including labor, food, and prime cost performance
  • oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and procurement controls
  • ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and audit requirements
  • monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect budget integrity
  • coach and hold Culinary Managers accountable for staffing stability, operational consistency, and cost discipline
