- minimum of five years high-volume, multi-site supervisory leadership experience
- strong background in budget ownership, contract negotiation, and cost control
- proven ability to lead through managers and enforce operational standards across multiple locations
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Lead and standardize culinary operations across all BHN kitchens
- own the annual culinary operating budget including labor, food, and prime cost performance
- oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and procurement controls
- ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and audit requirements
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect budget integrity
- coach and hold Culinary Managers accountable for staffing stability, operational consistency, and cost discipline
