  • At least 10 years experience in culinary roles
  • 3-5 years in a management or leadership role
  • Culinary background required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 60-70 percent of the time

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a diverse culinary team
  • Drive national culinary programming and innovation
  • Set and uphold quality, consistency, and creativity standards
  • Foster a culture of passion, excellence, and fun
  • Manage culinary and operational teams to ensure safety and quality
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee financial performance including budget planning and margin improvement
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational safety policies
  • Innovate and develop future culinary leaders
