Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary education or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3 years in a culinary innovation or product development role
- strong knowledge of global culinary trends and foodservice market
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work on-site
- availability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
- ability to travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or food science preferred
- proven experience in culinary innovation and product development
- strong knowledge of global food trends

Job Duties
- Lead ideation and development of new culinary concepts

- stay aware of food trends and new ingredients
- ensure product demonstrations align with customer expectations and business goals
- collaborate with ACMs, customers, technical teams and marketing
