Job Requirements
- AOS culinary degree required
- 7 plus years of progressive culinary experience including recipe and product development
- Strong skills in costing, labor analysis, and menu development
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
- Self-starter with collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent throughout the Northeast region
Job Qualifications

- Strong skills in costing, labor analysis, menu development, and large-scale production
- Knowledge of current food, restaurant, and dining trends
- Airline or flight-kitchen experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent throughout the Northeast region
Job Duties
- Develop new menu concepts and scale recipes for large-volume production
- Ensure accurate costing, yield, ingredient selection, and operational feasibility
- Support culinary training for field teams and onboard service crews
- Provide on-site tasting and rollout support
- Maintain recipes in the company database with clear procedures and standards
- Present concepts and tasting outcomes to clients and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with culinary, consumer packaged goods, supply chain, marketing, procurement, and external partners
- Stay current on regional food trends and participate in workshops, supplier sessions, and industry research
- Travel across the Northeast Corridor and nationally to support culinary reviews and field engagement
