Job Requirements
- AOS culinary degree required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive culinary experience including recipe and product development
- strong skills in costing, labor analysis, menu development, and large-scale production
- knowledge of current food, restaurant, and dining trends
- exceptional communication and presentation skills
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
- able to manage multiple projects and timelines
- self-starter with initiative

- self-starter with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Develop new menu concepts and scale recipes for large-volume production
- ensure accurate costing, yield, ingredient selection, and operational feasibility
- support culinary training for field teams and onboard service crews
- provide on-site tasting and rollout support
- maintain recipes in the Aramark database with clear procedures and standards
- present concepts and tasting outcomes to clients and senior stakeholders
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- stay current on Northeast Corridor and regional food trends
- travel across the NEC and nationally to support culinary reviews and field engagement
