Job Requirements

  • AOS Culinary degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive culinary experience including recipe and product development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and within the NEC
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Job Qualifications

  • AOS Culinary degree required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including recipe and product development
  • Strong skills in costing, labor analysis, menu development, and large-scale production
  • Knowledge of current food, restaurant, and dining trends
  • Airline or flight-kitchen experience is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage timelines and multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset

Job Duties

  • Develop new menu concepts and scale recipes for large-volume production
  • Ensure accurate costing, yield, ingredient selection, and operational feasibility
  • Support culinary training for field teams and OBS crews
  • Provide on-site tasting and rollout support
  • Maintain recipes in the Aramark database with clear procedures and standards
  • Present concepts and tasting outcomes to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Aramark Culinary, CPG, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and external partners
  • Stay current on NEC and regional food trends and participate in workshops, supplier sessions, and industry research
  • Travel across the NEC and nationally as needed to support culinary reviews and field engagement
