Job Requirements
- AOS Culinary degree required
- 7+ years of progressive culinary experience including recipe and product development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and within the NEC
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Qualifications
- AOS Culinary degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including recipe and product development
- Strong skills in costing, labor analysis, menu development, and large-scale production
- Knowledge of current food, restaurant, and dining trends
- Airline or flight-kitchen experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage timelines and multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recipe/production systems
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Develop new menu concepts and scale recipes for large-volume production
- Ensure accurate costing, yield, ingredient selection, and operational feasibility
- Support culinary training for field teams and OBS crews
- Provide on-site tasting and rollout support
- Maintain recipes in the Aramark database with clear procedures and standards
- Present concepts and tasting outcomes to clients and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Aramark Culinary, CPG, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and external partners
- Stay current on NEC and regional food trends and participate in workshops, supplier sessions, and industry research
- Travel across the NEC and nationally as needed to support culinary reviews and field engagement
