Job Duties
- assist the culinary instructor in preparing recipes for classes
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- support the instructor before, during, and after cooking classes
- manage kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for each session
- provide excellent customer service to class participants
- adapt quickly to fast-paced changes and multitask effectively
- help set up and break down cooking stations
