Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D with 2 years of preferred culinary experience
  • Ability to occasionally lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in conditions both inside and occasionally outside
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assists with preparation of hot and cold food as specified in areas working in
  • Assists with preparation of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner as assigned
  • Assists with maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work area following safety guidelines
  • Assists chef with maintaining the kitchen and keeping staff on task
  • Assists in preparation of all menu items in assigned area daily to include hot and cold food as specified in areas
  • Assists with understanding and adjusting recipes according to business levels
  • Assists with organization of product, equipment, and necessary paperwork
  • Assists with following portion control, presentation of food, consistency of food, and flavor as determined by the culinary department
