Job Duties
- prepare regular and special diet foods according to approved recipes and food production schedule
- assist in the preparation and service of foods for special functions and events
- maintain a safe working environment adhering to facility and departmental procedures
- care for and properly use supplies, equipment, and work areas
- clean and sanitize main cooking and preparation areas, food storage, refrigeration and freezers, and hot food cabinets
