Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Starbucks Barista trained preferred
  • Knowledge of Bistro services
  • Knowledge of food service laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and explaining menu and ordering process
  • Taking meal orders from residents and guests
  • Collaborating with RDN or executive chef on nutrition program input
  • Printing meal production sheets and meal tickets
  • Updating daily dining room menus
  • Assisting with serving meals that are appetizing and comply with portion control and sanitary regulations
