Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Starbucks Barista trained preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services
- Knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care

Job Duties
- Greeting guests to the building and explaining menu and ordering process
- Meeting and talking with guests daily to take meal orders
- Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with RDN or Exec Chef on Nutrition Management program
- Printing meal production sheets and meal tickets
- Updating daily menus for dining rooms
- Assisting with serving meals that are palatable and appetizing and preparing food according to portion control, sanitary regulations, and facility policies
