Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Baking or culinary certification preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs consistently or 55 lbs periodically
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Current health and safety certifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle high pressure and fast-paced environments

- Expertise in operations, baking, or culinary skills

Job Duties
- Set goals for work group and develop organizational capability
- Demonstrate calm demeanor during high volume and manage smooth transitions
- Train and hold partners accountable for quality products
- Drive implementation of company programs and motivate kitchen teams
- Manage staffing decisions including hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling
- Ensure product quality and manage department inventory
- Partner with quality assurance and security
- Review production schedules and manage supplies and equipment
- Attend to day-to-day equipment and food supply issues
- Complete production sheets and required records
- Monitor and manage staffing levels
- Communicate clearly and concisely with the team
- Ensure adherence to wage and hour laws
- Use operational tools for planning and achieving excellence
- Analyze financial reports and identify trends
- Provide coaching and feedback to partners
- Conduct performance assessments and set goals
- Develop and maintain positive partner relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and legal requirements
- Model effective management principles and practices
