Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • baking or culinary certification or degree preferred
  • minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, baking, or culinary fields
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and train staff
  • proficiency in managing inventory and operational tools
  • experience with performance management and coaching
  • ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • current local health and safety certifications
  • proficiency in English
  • additional languages beneficial

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the Reserve Kitchen production team
  • hire, train, evaluate, discipline, schedule, and staff kitchen partners
  • ensure product quality and maintain high culinary standards
  • manage inventory and partner with quality assurance and security teams
  • develop and implement company programs and action plans
  • coach partners in operational goals and performance
  • review production schedules and equipment needs
  • monitor and resolve day-to-day problems
  • complete production documentation
  • manage staffing levels for operational efficiency
  • communicate clearly with team members
  • ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
  • utilize operational tools for forecasting and inventory management
  • analyze financial reports to improve kitchen performance
  • conduct regular partner performance assessments and provide feedback
  • inspire and motivate partners to achieve business results
  • build positive relationships within the team
  • ensure adherence to quality assurance, operational, and legal compliance requirements
  • foster a culture of integrity, respect, and collaboration
