Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year cooking experience preferred
  • ability to obtain and/or maintain required licenses or certificates
  • maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per hotel standards
  • availability to work weekends
  • ability to work morning, day and night shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead by example through hands-on involvement in all aspects of Herons production and service
  • maintain clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
  • prepare a variety of breakfast dishes following recipes and quality standards
  • adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
  • collaborate with Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • uphold the Executive Chef's core values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates
  • ensure compliance with grooming and appearance standards
