Job Duties

  • undergo company orientation including history, policies, and standards
  • assist with high-volume kitchen production and special events
  • learn garde manger operations and plate preparation
  • participate in restaurant preparation and line cook duties
  • understand hiring criteria and food production management
  • apply recipe standardization, meal planning, and cost control
  • rotate through multiple dining outlets to gain diverse culinary experience
