- minimum 6 years experience in baking at a 4 star style hotel or restaurant
- certification in CPR
- food handling certificate
- ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- ensure familiarity with all hotel services and features
- highly organized and able to multi-task
- ability to maintain positive guest relations
- ability to expand and condense recipes
- comprehension and following of recipes
- physical ability to transport up to 50 pounds
- ability to endure physical movements throughout work areas
- ability to reach up to 7 feet
- ability to maintain stationary position for up to 8 hours
