- minimum 6 years experience in baking at a 4 star style hotel or restaurant
- certification in CPR
- food handling certificate
- ability to anticipate guest needs
- respond promptly and acknowledge all guests

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- maintain correct maintenance and use of equipment
- anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- maintain positive guest relations at all times
- prepare and produce breads and breakfast pastries following recipes and yield guides
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- assist pastry cooks and support kitchen team to ensure optimum service
- perform opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of workstations
- minimize waste and maintain food cost controls
- prepare banquet and room service amenity orders
- display products attractively to specified requirements
