minimum 6 years experience in baking at a 4 star style hotel or restaurant
certification in CPR
food handling certificate
ability to anticipate guest needs

Job Duties

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
maintain correct maintenance and use of equipment
anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
maintain positive guest relations at all times
prepare and produce breads and breakfast pastries following recipes and yield guides
maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
assist pastry cooks and support kitchen team to ensure optimum service
perform opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of workstations
minimize waste and maintain food cost controls
prepare banquet and room service amenity orders
display products attractively to specified requirements
