- Certification in CPR

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Maintain correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Prepare and produce breads, breakfast bakeries, cookies, and other designated baked goods following recipes and yield guides
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Assist pastry cooks to ensure optimum service to guests
