Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service preferred
- ability to read, write and speak effectively
- ability to interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino
- maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment
- able to handle objects up to 50 pounds
- work in environment with noise, high temperatures, and smoking permitted
- adhere to all food and beverage policies, procedures, and liquor laws
- complete all required training within nine months from commencement of employment
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication skills including the ability to read, write and speak effectively to employees and customers
- ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Duties
- provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all casino associates
- report to work well-groomed and in full uniform on time
- have a strong understanding of the philosophy and goals associated with the Employee Dining Room and are supportive of them at all times
- perform any duties assigned by the manager or shift manager
- assist all other employees in performing their duties whenever required
- serve all associates according to established standards of quality
- work in a designated area and be attentive to guests at all times and exceed guests expectations
