Job Requirements

  • able to walk and stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • food service or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • ensure dishes, utensils, pots and pans are clean, dry, and stored appropriately
  • perform general cleaning tasks including mopping floors
  • follow HACCP principles in completing tasks
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • accurately manage position paperwork such as dish machine temperatures and three-compartment sink forms
  • follow correct hand hygiene procedures including glove use and hand washing
  • utilize appropriate scripting and respond to patients and internal/external customers
  • effectively and safely use position equipment and perform cleaning/sanitation procedures
