Job Duties
- ensure dishes, utensils, pots and pans are clean, dry, and stored appropriately
- perform general cleaning tasks including mopping floors
- follow HACCP principles in completing tasks
- perform other duties as assigned
- accurately manage position paperwork such as dish machine temperatures and three-compartment sink forms
- follow correct hand hygiene procedures including glove use and hand washing
- utilize appropriate scripting and respond to patients and internal/external customers
- effectively and safely use position equipment and perform cleaning/sanitation procedures
