Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in sanitation work in health care or food preparation facility preferred
- Prep/Cook Level Food Handler Permit required
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English including medical terminology
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 32 pounds
- Must meet Eventide’s vaccination requirements
Job Qualifications

- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Assist with serving meals following diet orders and prepare food to order in dining room as requested by senior/client
- Operate dish machine to ensure dishes and silverware are cleaned, sanitized, dried and put away promptly
- Document food production, quality, and safety accurately and timely
- Ensure proper acquisition, storage, dating and rotation of food and products
- Follow recipes using appropriate safe food handling procedures and food service equipment
- Handle trash and sweep and mop galley kitchen floor
- Procure food from storage areas, freezers, and refrigerators
- Provide outstanding customer service during guest interactions
