Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum six months of retail or food service experience
- Preferred minimum one year of experience in retail, service, or restaurant
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to mentor and lead team members
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work both part-time and full-time positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Retail or food service experience totaling six months
- At least one year of experience in retail, service, or restaurant preferred
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Demonstrated energetic demeanor, adaptability, and strong team spirit
Job Duties
- Extend a warm welcome to guests to cultivate a hospitable atmosphere
- Direct the coordination of food inventory, financial outlay, excess disposal, culinary techniques, and aesthetic display
- Guarantee the cleanliness of the food service area and adhere to sanitation standards
- Accomplish targets related to the sales of food items such as pizza, breakfast offerings, and beverages
- Educate and mentor team members on the correct methods for preparing food and maintaining safety standards
- Work together with third-party suppliers to oversee and educate on food safety protocols
- Keep inventory levels steady and ensure proper rotation of food items
- Process guest transactions swiftly and with exceptional customer care
- Help the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by taking on extra duties as required
