Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree required by may 2025 or earlier
  • experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations
  • basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • strong organizational skills
  • basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
  • up-to-date on food and catering trends
  • proficient in MS Office and internet applications
  • open to relocation for role or advancement
  • driver's license preferred

Job Duties

  • learn and apply best practices in marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, and purchasing
  • manage supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss
  • participate in hands-on training at designated locations
  • complete Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program
  • relocate within region if required for placement
  • develop skills in contract administration and client relations
  • stay updated on food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing
