Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required by May 2025 or earlier
- experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations required
- basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational skills
- basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
- up-to-date on food and catering trends
- proficient in MS Office and internet applications
- open to relocation for advancement opportunities
- driver's license preferred but may be required
