Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required by May 2026 or earlier
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and profit and loss management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multitasking and deadlines
  • Familiarity with contract administration and client relations
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and marketing trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required by May 2026 or earlier
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related food service
  • Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with peers, employees, clients, and customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, and marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
  • Open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity
  • Driver’s license preferred but may be required for certain roles

Job Duties

  • Receive targeted management training including marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss management
  • Participate in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) involving assessments, personalized learning, mentorship, and evaluations
  • Gain hands-on experience at designated locations to apply learned skills
  • Prepare for managerial roles such as cafe manager, catering manager, chef manager, and more
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality food and hospitality standards
  • Support the implementation of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Foster positive client relations and assist in contract administration
