Job Requirements
- Education level of bachelor's degree by May 2026 or earlier
- Relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of profit and loss and inventory control
- Basic contract administration skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open to relocation
- Driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required by May 2026 or earlier
- Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
- Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, safety, and marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to relocate for advancement
- Driver’s license preferred but may be required
Job Duties
- Learn and apply best practices in marketing, customer service, and retail
- Manage merchandising, purchasing, and supply chain operations
- Assist in hiring, training, and payroll processes
- Oversee profit and loss management
- Participate actively in the Accelerated Manager Program
- Gain hands-on experience at designated locations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality food and hospitality services
