Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in food service industry
- Must have a current Colorado drivers license and driving record must be in compliance with company policy
- Must maintain current automobile insurance
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers
- Basic computer skills to include sending and receiving emails
- Must have knowledge of large quantity meal preparation, menu planning and providing appropriate reports to the Head Chef

Job Duties
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food handling practices
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling or piercing with utensils
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
- Portion, arrange and garnish food and serve to patrons
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters
- Substitute or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
