Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service industry
- Current Colorado drivers license with compliance to company policy
- Maintain current automobile insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency for email
- Knowledge of large quantity meal preparation, menu planning and reporting
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards
Job Qualifications

- 1 year experience in food service industry
- Current Colorado drivers license with compliant driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills including sending and receiving emails
- Knowledge of large quantity meal preparation and menu planning
- Ability to provide reports to the Head Chef
Job Duties
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently using tasting, smelling or piercing with utensils
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
- Portion, arrange and garnish food and serve to patrons
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters
- Substitute or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
