Job Requirements
- Full-time availability for Monday to Friday shifts and every other weekend
- Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 6 am or 7:30 am
- Relevant culinary experience or equivalent qualification
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good physical condition to handle kitchen duties
- Motivation to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Knowledge of dietary and nutritional requirements
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety regulations rigorously
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for culinary arts and patient-centered food service
- Basic culinary training or equivalent experience
- Ability to adapt menus to various dietary restrictions
Job Duties
- Prepare meals to delight patients and staff with quality products
- Adapt meals according to patient dietary regimes such as salt-free, pureed, and minced diets
- Ensure traceability of products and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Prioritize the safety of self and team members
- Collaborate effectively within a team of 17 people
- Participate in continuous training and skills development
- Contribute creativity and ideas to enhance service quality
